It's Thanksgiving!

Hello there, herman. I know our family is not at all conventional, but I quite like how I spent my holiday. It would have been great with some company, though! (YOU)

As for our family tradition, I caught a flick. Lincoln is GREAT, go see it. Nothing to really spoil.....

Wanting to have some fun, I decided to treat myself to Disney Land. I had lived in Los Angeles for 5 months and STILL not visited... I also got roped in to babysitting Jake and Tanner and figured they were the perfect excuse. We did Star Tours, the badass 3D Star Wars ride, which I loved. In the shop below it, they each made their own light sabers. ALSO, the store had pretty sick blasters, Boba's was awesome. Here are the boys with the sabers:

The boys were so tired by the end of the day!!!!! Tanner's "feet were hurting" so I had to carry him, and he fell asleep. That's a five year old dead weight, Vik. It's a good thing Charles (the doctor from my last post) was there spending the day with us, helping. He was really so sweet all day. /swoon.

The castle lit up at night was BEAUTIFUL. As always, my favorite part of disney land:
Those balloons were so perfectly placed.

Isn't she gorgeous?

I ALSO went to the aquarium this holiday break. :) So many cool fish, but took the best pictures with Lorikeets:
Pretty bird, pretty bird....

PRETTY BIRD, PRETTY BIRD!!!!!
Dem Penguins:

The jellies and sharks were really rad, too. The sting rays are always cool, but can never trust 'em. Steve Irwin. Just saying.

I love you seester, I hope you had a fun time this break, too. What did y'all do? :)

Long Beach Comic Con 2012!

So, uh, is this internet working!? This past weekend I attended Comic Con here in Long Beach and it was fantastic. I met a lot of really rad people and bought so much!!! I met Angus Oblong and he drew a picture of me, hanging up on my wall. Prized possession status.

I dressed for the con as the one and only Han Solo.
Having so much fun posing with themes!

This is artist William O'Neil, a really cool guy who made this following picture that I HAD TO HAVE for my room. (He signed mine!) He also had a crazy resemblance to Riker ;)

Seeing as I was dressed as Han Solo, I spent the ENTIRE con searching for my bff Chewie. Yay!

Try to not imagine doing dirty things with Wolverine. Great cosplay.

Favorite pose, ever! I love Who and meeting the Doctor! Bow ties are cool...

This was my first picture of the day, can you tell how giddy I was?! BEST COSPLAYS OF THE ENTIRE CON!! Seriously, though. I was mega excited when they were cool with a picture.

But yeah! Comic con was rad, I cannot wait to attend the International CC in San Diego with you, Vik! Next summer!

We are no Tia and Tamara Mowry

This is our first post... yay!

Starting this blog, yes another useless blog, took my gorgeous sister and I about three months of utter procrastination... but that sums us [just Vik] up completely. We love each other but are too busy/lazy/mad at each other to call! But it's all goooood and it has finally been started!

We will probably talk gaming (we are girly gamers), geekery, binary, DIY/crafts, kick-ass tv/films, and ourselves because we [just Vik] ultimately are vain.

I will now allow my sister [that bad bitch] to have the next post that will most definitely be hilarious and unique because that is who she is :)

xoxo
gossip girl... ahem, Viktoria

[Viktoria made a grammatical error and made me *fix* her entry, so I did, muahahaha -RCMEADOWS]
